The former goalkeeper for England, Liverpool, and Tottenham, Ray Clemence has died aged 72.
Ray Clemence’s death was announced by the Football Association. We talk of the greatest goalkeepers in the world then Clemence’s name won’t be left out as he won three European Cups and five First Division titles during a trophy-laden spell at Anfield.
He also won 61 England caps but his demise.
We’re deeply saddened by the passing of one of the greatest-ever goalkeepers, Ray Clemence.
